Margareten apartment

The rates are always based on two adult occupants. Surcharge for every additional person per day:

• Children age 0 to 2.99 years: free of charge
• Children age 3 to 14.99 years: Euro 15.^oo
• 15 years and older: Euro 25.^oo

Only after both parties have received the written confirmation and the advance payment (30% of the total price) has been paid are your reservations guaranteed. When placing your bank transfer, please include the full names of the guests. The remaining amount due can be transferred prior to starting your stay or on site. Please understand that, in Italy, cash payments can be accepted only up to a sum of Euro 1,999.^oo.

Payment:
Please pay in cash, by bank transfer, or by check. Unfortunately, we can accept no credit cards.

Arrival and departure:
We ask that you vacate your apartment on the day of your departure by 9:30 a.m., at the latest. This is so that we will have time to perform the final cleaning. Otherwise, we will have to charge you for an additional day. Upon arrival, your vacation apartment will be ready for you by 4:00 p.m. Your hosts do not live in the building, so we’ll leave the key for you.

General Business Conditions:
The apartment rates are based on a minimum stay of one week for 2 persons per day. There is a surcharge for shorter stays. The apartments are designed for a comfortable occupancy of two to four persons.

Pets:
On behalf of persons with allergies, we do not allow any pets in our apartments.

Local resort tax:
The revenues from the local resort tax are used to expand and maintain infrastructure and services, as well as for conducting cultural and sporting events here. The local resort tax of Euro 2.80 per guest and per night is levied by the hotels. Children and youths under 14 years of age are exempted. The local resort tax is payable upon your departure, and is separately listed in your bill.

It’s best to be insured against having to cancel your travel plans.

If, for any reason, you are unable to begin your scheduled stay or must leave before completion, this results in unpleasant complications for both you, our guest, and for us, your hosts. We therefore highly recommend you to obtain travel cancellation insurance. In the event of a cancellation, your advance payment will not be refunded to you.

You have no right to cancel as defined in the Italian Consumer’s Rights Code. Nevertheless, we will allow you to cancel under the following conditions as set forth in Article 1382 of the Civil Law Code:

• Up to 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you can cancel your reservation at no cost. Only the advance payment will be retained.
• When cancelling from 4 months to 1 month prior to scheduled arrival: You will be charged 40% of the total cost of your arrangement.
• When cancelling from 1 month to 1 week prior to scheduled arrival: You will be charged 70% of the total cost of your arrangement.
• When cancelling in the final week before arrival: 90% of the total cost.

In the case of “no-shows” or when leaving prior to your scheduled departure, you will be expected to pay the entire price of your stay.

Please notify us in a timely manner if you are unable to begin your stay.
